You can borrow my copy of “The Dip” by Seth Godin. It’s a great book and one that I would highly recommend. What is the dip? One of the descriptions Seth uses is “the dip is any rough patch you have to get through before achieving your big goal…if in fact you’re chasing the right goal.”
In today’s posting on Seth’s Blog, Seth asks people who own the book to loan it to someone. That gave me an idea.
I’m going to send my copy to the first person who reads this and asks for it. I’ll pay the postage too. All I ask is that when you finish reading the book, you drop me a note in the comments section to this posting and then pass the book on to someone else with the same request. Read it, let us know if the book meant anything to you and then pass it on.
Let’s see what happens!

I would love to read 'The Dip'. I have a feeling that's just where I am!
If I am the first person to get back to you, mailing info is PO Box 1482, Neepawa, MB, Canada, R0J1H0
Cheers, Barb

You're the first person, Barb. I'll get it in Monday's mail. I will need your last name which you can email to be at bob@PooleConsultingGroup.com. Good reading!

Sorry, Barb. I see you used your full name on the post. My fingers got to typing before my brain was engaged.

Hi Bob! I just finished reading 'The Dip' this morning. It was well worth the read for two reasons.
First - it validated or explained for me some of my own behaviour, unconscious or not and..
Secondly - it provided some tools for change that I think will be helpful. Time will tell.
I will pass the book on with the same request for comments here and I thank you very much for the opportunity to have read it.

Hi Barb - It is great to hear from you and to hear you enjoyed the book. I hope the "tools for change" you discovered allow you to make the changes you want. Please stay in touch and thank you for passing the book on to someone new! We'll look forward to seeing where it travels.
